RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy, hectic, productive, and smoothly-run environment; works extensively in receiving, welcoming, referring, and communicating with parents, students, community members, and school district personnel; types and prepares correspondence, handbooks, directories, curriculum guides, calendars, newsletters, bulletins, teacher/staff evaluations, etc. Helps to maintain class schedules, school calendar of events, daily school bulletins, progress reports, substitute folders, and homework/assignment folders for absent students.
